Personal information shared with us, including your name, contact details where applicable, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, Kundali details, questions, consultation history and related records, is treated as confidential and handled with reasonable care.

We do not sell or disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Information may be processed or disclosed where reasonably necessary to provide a service requested by you, where required by applicable law, for website or service security, or with your consent.

2. Birth Details & Kundali Generation

To generate a Kundali or provide astrology-related services, information such as your name, date of birth, time of birth, birth city or location, district, state and PIN code may be required.

This information is used for purposes connected with generating and interpreting a Kundali, including astrological calculations, Panchang, planetary positions, divisional charts, Dasha information and other astrology-related features.

3. Accuracy of Birth Information

The user or client is responsible for providing accurate date of birth, time of birth, place of birth and other relevant information. Incorrect or incomplete information may materially affect astrological calculations and interpretations.

4. Saved Kundalis & Member Accounts

Registered users may save Kundalis in their member account for future access. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

You should not knowingly allow an unauthorised person to access Kundalis or personal information stored through your account.

5. Control of Saved Kundalis

Where the relevant facility is available through your member account, you may view, edit and delete Kundalis that you have saved. You are responsible for reviewing corrections made to saved birth details, as changes to birth information may change astrological calculations.

You should delete a saved Kundali when you no longer require it or when you are no longer authorised to retain another person's information.

6. Family Kundali & Other Persons' Birth Details

The service may allow you to generate or save Kundalis relating to your spouse, children, parents, relatives or other persons.

If you provide or save another person's name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth or related information, you confirm that you have the necessary permission, consent or lawful authority to provide and store that information for the requested astrology service.

The person submitting such information is responsible for the accuracy of the information, for appropriately managing access through their account, and for deleting the information when it is no longer required or when they are no longer authorised to retain it.

7. Children's Birth Details

Birth details relating to a child should be submitted or saved only by a parent, lawful guardian, or another person legally authorised to provide those details. Where additional consent, verification or other requirements are applicable under law, those requirements must also be satisfied.

8. Protection of Personal Information

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information maintained by us against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse. However, no internet service, electronic storage system or communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are also responsible for protecting their passwords, account credentials and devices.

9. Consultation Records, Remarks & Comments

Consultation remarks, comments and internal notes may be maintained to preserve consultation history, provide continuity in future consultations, improve the quality of our services and support internal professional learning or training.

Where information is used for internal learning or service improvement beyond the direct handling of your consultation, reasonable care will be taken to avoid unnecessary use or disclosure of personally identifying information.

10. Nature of Astrology Consultation

Astrology consultations and calculations are based on traditional Vedic astrology principles and are intended to provide guidance, interpretation and perspective. Astrology does not provide a guarantee that a particular future event or result will occur. The client remains responsible for his or her own decisions and actions.

11. No Prediction of an Unborn Child's Sex

We do not predict, determine, disclose or provide advice regarding the sex or gender of an unborn child. No consultation, astrological calculation or remedy will be provided for this purpose.

12. No Black Magic, Harmful or Illegal Services

We do not provide black magic, harmful rituals, coercive practices, revenge remedies or advice intended to harm, threaten, exploit, control or unlawfully influence another person.

We will not provide advice or services involving illegal activity, violence, cruelty, exploitation, fraud or any unlawful or inhumane practice.

13. Medical, Legal & Financial Matters

Astrological guidance is not a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Where professional expertise is required, the client should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

14. Remedies & Results

Any spiritual, traditional or astrological remedy discussed during a consultation is advisory in nature. No specific outcome, benefit or result from a prediction, remedy or consultation is guaranteed.

15. Payment Policy

Consultation fees are payable in advance unless expressly agreed otherwise. A requested appointment or preferred time is not finally confirmed merely by submitting a form. Confirmation may depend on receipt of payment and acceptance of the consultation request.

16. No Refund Policy

Payments made for appointment bookings, astrology consultations, personalised reports or other personalised services are non-refundable once the booking or service has been accepted, reserved, prepared, commenced or provided.

No refund will ordinarily be due for a client's change of mind, cancellation, non-attendance, late attendance, failure to join a scheduled online consultation, or incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.

Where a payment has been received but we decline the consultation before accepting, reserving, preparing or commencing the service, we may refund or adjust that payment as appropriate. This does not create a general right to a refund after a service has been accepted or commenced.

17. Rescheduling

A request to reschedule may be considered when reasonable advance notice is provided. Rescheduling is subject to availability and our discretion and does not create an automatic right to a refund.

18. Right to Accept, Decline or Discontinue Consultation

Providing a consultation remains subject to our professional discretion. No person may compel the astrologer or consultant to provide a consultation, prediction, opinion, remedy or advice.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, postpone, reschedule or discontinue a consultation where reasonably considered necessary, including in cases involving abusive behaviour, fraudulent or misleading information, unlawful requests, harmful intentions, inappropriate conduct, or requests outside the scope of our services.

19. Respectful & Lawful Use of Services

Users and clients are expected to communicate respectfully and use the website and services only for lawful purposes. Threatening, abusive, harassing, fraudulent or harmful conduct may result in refusal, restriction or discontinuation of service.

Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to another person's account, Kundali or personal information.

20. Third-Party Services

Our website or consultation process may use third-party services for functions such as hosting, appointment scheduling, video meetings, email communication or payment processing. Information submitted directly to such providers may also be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

21. Cookies & Website Functionality

The website may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for login sessions, account security, remembering preferences, consent status or normal website functionality. Additional notice or consent may be provided if other technologies requiring it are introduced.

22. Retention & Deletion

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain a user-requested saved Kundali or account, preserve relevant consultation records, maintain security, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal requirements.

Where a Delete facility is provided, users should use it to remove saved Kundalis they no longer require or are no longer authorised to retain. Deletion from the active user interface may not always result in immediate removal from temporary technical backups, where such backups are maintained for security or recovery purposes.

23. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, operational requirements or applicable legal requirements. The version displayed on this website will apply from its stated effective date.

Where an important change requires renewed acknowledgement or consent, users may be asked to review and accept the updated policy.

24. Consent

By generating or saving a Kundali, creating or using a member account, submitting birth details, saving birth details relating to a family member or another person, booking or paying for a consultation, or continuing to use a service that requires this information, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to read this policy and agree to the terms applicable to the service you request.

Where an acknowledgement or consent screen is presented, you should proceed only after reading and understanding this policy.
